HAVE to use the -winxp switch?

I currently HAVE to use the -winxp :confused: switch to play Arma 2 else the graphics look like 16 colour CGA?

CPU I7 920 :)

Ram 12GB DDR3 1600 :)

OS Win 7 64bit Build 7600 :)

Graphics Nvidia GTX295 :)

Main HDD Raptor 300GB 10K

All latest drivers loaded for Video.

Yes, the game is bugged with 8GB RAM or more. So if you have, like you, 12GB installed you need to use the -winxp switch.

If i were you i would use the -winxp switch as it seems to resolve your problem.

Whats the downside?
