I guess he doesn't like peace ,25,000 goes along .I thought his people were hungering,and they had no money to buy food.

Nice.....very nice....The Iraqi population is starving and this guy gives out half a million US to scuicide bombers. WTF is NATO waiting for? Could you make it any clearer that he's sponsoring terrorism?
