ArmA2 Tools launching command prompt at boot

Dear Devs,

Does installing the ArmA2 Tools cause the Command Line Prompt to launch at Boot with a window that mentions a file called ArmAWork?

i just noticed this window pop up quickly...

I think that'd be running the 'subst' command to associate the tools working directory with the drive letter, usually P:. The installer adds a registry entry to HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run called mapdisk, which runs mapdisk.bat located in the ArmAWork directory you specified during the install (defaults to under your Documents). Since it's a batch file it'll be started in a command prompt window.

That's normal and no reason to be scared or worried about.

It's the subst command which provides the p: drive when windows starts. ArmAWork is the default folder where your projects are stored at.
