Or, if you just want to make the occasional screenshot and don't
want to bother with "fraps", you could also just hit the "Print Screen" key
on your keyboard, Alt-Tab out of ArmA, open a graphics application (eg.
Paintshop) and do "paste" into it.

There isn't any built-in mechanism in ArmA for capturing screenshots.

i used to do the print screen thing but it becomes work when u have to alt tab everytime u need to take a screenshot.

I use a program that u can set whatever key you want for a screenshot, check it out here:

very simple to use, take multiple screenshots without getting out of the game.

Or use fraps. which i use for movies.

Or you can download Picasa 3 (on Google), you launch it and, when you wanna take your screenshot, you press Prt-Scr.
Then, your screen will be saved.
And Picasa can modify the picture if you want
    An exemple?
    There are the exemples:

Hi, i use the Print-Screen key and then i hit ALT+TAB and i open the Photoshop and then i
create a new image at my screen's resolution and then i save it; take a few more and then
i close the ArmA and edit the taken screenshots, save the ones that serve or i like and
just erase the others. It's a slow method and if you are playing it can slow down the gameplay
but i don't use to take screenshots when im playing, when i play i play, when i want to take
    a screenshots i do it; works. Let's C ya
