Game is not launching

I've just bought an ArmA II game in Poland. I installed it but when i try to run the game nothing happens. I tried arma2.exe, launcher and autostart from CD. The only thing i've seen is that no-cd window launches when i try to run game without CD. All games work on my PC, only this one not.

I have:

Intel Core 2 Quad CPU - 2x 2,66 GHz
GeForce 8800 GTX
REATIVE X-FI ELITEPRO
RAM - 2 GB
32 - Bit Vista

I think some people have had problems with the DVD detector not working and updating the DVD drive firmware fixed it.

Try and update your DVD drive firmware or driver.

There's no problems with DVD. Only ArmA2.exe is not opening. 1,3 patch is not fixing it.

Are you running any emulation software?
Such as Daemon-Tools?
That sometimes causes issues?

No, i am just opening it as usual people do. Maybe i have some programs missed? Drivers or sth?
