Operation Flashpoint and team fortress classic are 2 very very different games, with different netcodes, and different style of gameplay.

I definatly notied lagg in OFP when someone has an over 350 ping in gamespy or in the game, there is some very noticable lagg.

So i dont know what your talking about. Maybe I clicked on the wrong link? I got led to this link is it correct? "http://tfc.atdt911.com/ping.shtml#laggers"?

OFP really does require xDSL or better to play sanely. I remember playing on my 56k, I had tweaked to recive and send faster, that didnt even help I was getting kicked and kicked from every game i went in. And when I did find a game to play in. I lagged everybody including myself.

Are you sure your not speaking out your ass there hmmmmz.

I`ve playe quite happily alongside 8 other ppl befoe with not much trouble and in other situations where my ping wasnt too good and had the occasional disconnect cause usaully the server was shite,

So now im thinking maybe your one of those ppl who just dont 'get it' thats why i`d like to know if its the same situation with OFP and hpbs as with half life, obviously apart from the longer times to get to the briefing screen.

In addition to this, there wouldn`t be any nettweaks or settings like half-life has to allow greater control of your connection hence better playing conditions over the internet?
