another Badlands bug

I'm playing badlands with NAPA.
I captured the first town.

now i see an animation which looks like an uprising or something while i'm talking to 2 guys on a bench. then at the end there is a loading... but the loading never ends.... so i'm stuck there.
I tried this: I exited the game while I was stuck in the loading screen, so the game automatically saved. I loaded that save game, and now my position and watch direction is locked to the guys on the bench and I can't do anything about it. So I'm stuck again...

any help?

Had the same thing. Only restarting the mission from beginning fixed it.
