How to change language Chernarussian to German?

Simply because they wear German flectan uniform, I wonder if there is some way to change default AI language Chernarussian to German.

Some made an awesome CDF SF addon recently and some of their uniform looks like German KSK, IMO.:cool:

Or is there any addon for Modern German units?

Not sure about changing the language. There's no modern German Units yet but I'm sure some will come soon.
