Russian voices-Manhattan

Anyone else had a strange bug that makes it sound like you're standing next to a russian who DOESNT STOP TALKING!!!! even if there is no one around. this suddenly happened to me during manhattan mission but ive not been able to find out why.

If anything thats the radio broadcasts about the bombings ... wont add any spoilers here, but if you have had HQ inform you of some terror bombings then all over you will here the broadcast.

This is rather annoying as sometimes it eminates from really strange places and can often get in the way when talking to people.

If this is what you maybe refering to of course.
