Difficult to select loadout/enter vehicle

On servers where you can select your custom loadout by approaching the weapons crates it is much to difficult to simply select it. If i approach the crates it often takes several attempts to get the loadout symbol (a little green weapon) on my screen, which is needed to enter it.

The same goes for entering vehicles. It has occurred too many times that for example a chopper takes of without me while i'm still fumbling with, say, deploying a satchel charge, which was not my intention at all, i just simply wanted to enter the vehicle in question.

Any of you have the same problem? And if so, could BIS please resolve this with an upcoming patch?

I never had problems with this.

Except when sometimes I am in panic. Then I lose my shit.

Yes I know, I always do that. Still it more often doesn't work than it does.

i've noticed that too.. you'll get used to it in time, with practice

Also remember that you can use the [bracket] keys or the mousewheel to scroll through the available options. Another shortcut is to go straight to the gear menu with G when you are looking at the ammo (and are close enough).

This also works for getting in certain spots in aircraft or vehicles.
