Go into the ME. Click on the INFO box on the upper-right part of your toolbar (where the weather cloud is). This will open up the screen where you adjust weather/time etc...

Down at the bottom, click Independents are friendly to: Whomever you please.

I was wondering that too, it's a bit of a disadvantage If the PLA have no jets.

It's the basic plot of most every story ever conceived, if said story happens to have the PLA featured.

Still, I would play it, no worries...

Just tried the PLA for ACE stuff: not too shabby, my good man!
