Arma 2 Demo Failed to Start because X3DAudio1_6.dll was not found.

When I try to launch the game I get the error message that says...

"ArmA2Demo.exe - Unable to Locate Component. This application has failed to start because X3DAudio1_6.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

I then click the OK button then I get the error message that says...

"Arma 2 Demo has stopped working"

Then the only option I have is to close the program. Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone have the X3DAudio1_6.dll file? I tryed reinstalling but I a ran into the same errors. Please notify me if you may have a resolve for this issue.
