Squad.xml problem connecting to server

Hi

We have recently built a new server but when i try to connect to it with our squad.xml in it takes 3-4 minuits to connect to it where as before the upgrade it was fairly instant.

I can connect to any other server fairly instant it only happens on ours, I have tried disabling the firewall on the server to make sure nothing is blocking it. As soon as I remove the squad.xml url from my profile I can join fairly instant. everyone else with a squad.xml is also getting the same

the specs on the server are as follows

Windows server 2003 os
Q6700 cpu
4gb DDR2 memory
100Mbit connection

I have a feeleing it's probably a security setting in windows server 2003 besides the firewall but I'm not sure which one or even a network setting.

Any suggestions to try are welcome

Don't matter now, I've sorted it

changing the TTL value of the nic from 64 to 128 sorted it
