I've not seen a newer version of it to be honest, but its pretty good.

You can get the original islands in the ACE mod too (Just the islands)

I always thought to go and create the missions and campaign myself but never have. ***Why don’t you try.

Q released a project called OAC.(OFP ArmA Conversion) Check that out. Here's a link to an ArmAholic.com page but there's patches, etc as well.

Just go to ArmAholic.com and do a search for OAC to see the other DL's. Or do that in these forums.
