create vehicle error

When i create a vehicle a Tank in this case, using a trigger the tank is there but i always get an error message; Error local variable in global space? Anybody got any ideas Cheers

Create vehicle from script OR assign vehicle to global variable (because in fact you can't use local variables in editor).
