3 F-15c Eagle CAP versions (grey, camo and blue)

using 6 x aim-120 and 4 x aim-9

4 x F-15e Strike Eagle versions, (grey, camo, blue)

precision strike 8 x GBU-12 (laser guider bombs) 4 aim-120 AA missiles

Close support 6 x Mk84 and 6 x CBU-87 (cluster bombs) 4 aim-120 AA missilesClose support 6 x Mk84 and 6 x Mk82 (Iron bombs)

4 aim-120 AA missiles

Addon also includes 2 x bombcam strike aircraft, once you release a bomb on these aircraft you are moved to the bomb and get to watch as it home's in on it's target.

Once the bomb explodes you are returned to the plane, please note during the 'bomb ride' you still retain control of the plane and please avoid flying into the ground!.

In the editor these aircraft can be found under F-15E (CBU) Bombcam and F-15E (GBU) Bombcam.

Shadows (can't do these still)

Full damage textures.

If anyone fancies a challenge and has a bit of time to spare and they are able to help me make a lot of addons final by adding shadows and damage textures please PM me.

This project has been on the to do list ever since I released a very poor conversion a long time back, so this is my way of making it up to the community etc.

Great work Eble! I tried converting Vits Cobras awhile ago (unsuccessfully) and know how hard this stuff is. Thank you for your work!

Great Work once again, it's really nice. I have a question, it the a way were I can turn up the HUD brightness/Darkness. It may be my video card, but it's a little hard to read the hud. And not that I'm complaining, I'm just wondering what causes a pilot not to see the rest of the plane (Wings) when he looks over his/her Left or Right shoulder?

Lo mate,

All the textures otherthan the new paint schemes bu eddyD are original Ofp ones so the resolution on those isn't great, hence why the exhaust texture might look a bit strange.

The old ofp textures sometimes just can give the detail need for arma, I'll see if I can find a replacement for the next release.

@Landdon  yeah we can adjust the brightness in the MFD in the config, I've set it quite high at the moment at 6.5, if you want to change it before I release the next version you can open the config and change the colour values until you get something you happy with:

I just tried it with the number 12 and seems good to me, maybe play around with higher numbers until you get a colour/brightness your happy with.

The reason you don't see anythign when sitting in the cockpit looking back is the pilot view is limited at the moment I'll add more detail as the conversion moves forward.

Any problems give me a shout and I'll do a one cfg for it.

the left right view thing is actually the view pilot LOD in the model.....

I found just now that the roundels are missing on the first release, I left them as a hidden section, anyway.

The whole tail end of this Eagle model is fairly wrong since the original OFP version (I have both Footmunch's C and E models and moded the C version config a fair bit for our private OGN OFP server)

I did modify the tail end of the model a fair bit, there's a lot of small changes here and there but didn't go any further with it.

Still it's a nice conversion and looks better then the OFP one, good job!

No TGA textures are reference from what I could tell, have you got an error path to it?

Checked out the Strike Eagle and on all F-15E aircrafts, one missile (Aim-120) and one bomb are missing when looking at the aircraft (exterior view).  Also...the plane makes a very awful sound when on the runway at the beginning (editor mode).

Working on a hotfix, now found the offending TGA file and I'm replacing the init for each aircraft that should fix the missiles/bomb missing bug.

I'll look at the sound bug on the runway, tho I can't replicate that.
