How the heck do you guys get these mods?

I want them so bad. ***I don't know how to mod my xbox so I was hoping you guys could tell me so I could replace 80s NATO soldiers with ACU soldiers, M468s, Barrets, ETC. ***I'm sorry what I meant was addons. ***If it wasn't appropriate I'am sorry.

EDIT:Sorry guys, I didn't realise this was innapropriate. I read the old forum rules and don't remember seeing this. Sorry, I'm just jelous of some of you folks getting 50. snipers.
