Sahrani island

Is there a way to export the Sahrani island as a heightmap file for editing? I know I can use various tools to create my own island, and that's great, but I want to edit Sahrani. I've searched for a while and I can't seem to find much.

Also, what's the name of the sahrani map and where is it? I was searching in some of the PBOs and I can't find it. Of course, I have no idea what I'm looking for as I'm REALLY new to ArmA/OFP editing.

Extracting the heightmap and objects from Sahrani (or any binned V3 WRP) may be possible, but I don't know of a way to do so.

Sahrani has it's own PBO called sara.pbo.
