Rotating moon?

Dunno if its just me, or if this has been mentioned before (search came up nil).

I was playing around with camera.sqs and when I looked at the moon (doesnt matter what zoom level), when I panned it'd rotate..

ah yes, but that fact is well kwnon since the times of the ancient greeks , concretely it takes a little more than 29 days to make a spin over its vertical axis , that's why it always shows the same face to the earth

supershooter is right, the moon rotates at some point and it looks very odd. I have experienced the same. The more you get the moon out of focus it seems to turn on a elliptic path around itself.

I put this funny bug in the bugtracker some months ago, maybe some day it will be solved

Until then... Just don't look at the sky at night if you feel "offended" by the moon

Or do not drink so much!
