Graphics Problem?

Using a 7900 GTX nVidia card.

While walking on the grass with texture set on normal or high I get what looks like different texture areas while looking down -  close to me looks darker, a little further away it lightens up some and further out it looks normal. This is af if there is a certain distance for fine detail, another distance for semi fine detail and a third distance for the rest.   If I raise my view and look straight forward it looks ok.   If I set texture detail to low the problem goes away but the detail is flat.  Seems to only happen on grass, pavement is fine.

Anyone else notice this?

This has to do with anisotropic filtering. Try screwing around with various settings.

Thanks!

I turned it to application control in the cards 3d setup and turned it to high in the game. Works well now.
