Empty mail notification

I get empty mails (but with a correct subject) from the BTS system lately. (Monitorinig) They are sent when there is a change, but the mail body doesnt contain the actual bts item, while it did a few weeks ago.

Is this a bug or am I the onlyone with this problem.

I can confirm this, happening to me too.

Now I stopped monitoring the issue, and I still get the empty mails when a note is added. Quite anoying, plz fix this.
