TrackIR 4 Vista

Hi Does anyone know why my TrackIR4 Pro will not work in ArmA 1.05, Vista 32bit, I have FSX/Locon which work fine but ArmA will not.

Tested the clip with the Track software and everything is fine.

I have XP on dual boot and the Track IR works great on ArmA, I have just installed it fresh to vista as the stupid update program for 1.05 kept bugging out with errors before but managed to get it running finally.

1 - What version of the TrackIR software are you running?

2 - Does the blue LED turn on, when you start ArmA?

I'm using the latest version 4.1 build 30, the blue LED doesn't come on, when I run ArmA, but does with the other programs.

I had problems with Lockon but this was fixed by deleting the INI file.

I have also removed and re-installed the driver/software just incase.

Which version of Vista?

On the profiles tab, in the TrackIR software, ArmA is listed in the upper section?

When you uninstalled, and reinstalled, did you delete the NaturalPoint folder, on the c drive?

I finally decided to clear ArmA 1.05 and tried the 1.06 demo same problem.

So I then removed every entry in the registry for Track IR/NaturalPoint including USB bindings for the hardware, after removing the drivers/software. and did a fresh install.

This has corrected the problem and the fault is now fixed and TIR registers in Arma now.

Thanks for the support, it's nice to see hardware vendors keeping a look out for problems on game forums.
