Install it on your drive with Window's, i had a problem installing it on my other harddrive.

Though if it window's is on that drive, looking at the location it might be, then I'm confused.

I would try scandisk and defrag

Right click your drive icon and bring up properties and use the tools menu

Let Arma choose where it wants to install it. I had the same problem as you and just let arma decide where it wanted to install it and then moved it to the other drive by copy and paste. Try that, it might work.

Perhaps more information ... size of your HDD, free space, how many processes are running, system specs?

If your hard drive is partitioned and you have plenty of space on one of the extended partitions the error you are seeing is likely due to the fact that your active primary partition (the one Windows is installed on, most likely your C: drive) doesn't have enough space to store the temporary files the installation program uses. You will need to free up more space on your C:. I had this problem before and used Partition Magic to increase the partition size of my primary partition to fix it.
