you need to create a virtual disk:
a great tut:

the main page:
http://ofp.info/brsseb/
Virtual disk?
Never has been necessary on my computer. Let me check how my BIS toolset is configured currently...
...okay. This works for me, and no virtual disks:
- Oxygen 2 Light is in: \mdl\o2light
- Oxygen Viewer 2 is in: \mdl\o2_viewer2
- Visitor 2 Light is in: \mdl\visitor2light
Oxygen 2 Light - File - Options:
External Viewer: \mdl\o2_viewer2\buldozer.exe -dx -window
DLL Folder: \mdl\o2light
For Visitor 2 Light also set up the preferences accordingly.
Viewer works for both Oxygen 2 Light and Visitor 2 Light.
K. Thanx guys!
Baddo's right on this one.At least in my
case.
I always used the subst: drive command,
as a result of Brsseb's tutorials.
But recently I tried it without the command,
and it works perfectly. It even cleared up
some problems with disappearing background
textures.
I just use C:\O2 for all relevant files.
If you're not having problems, obviously, leave it alone.
But if you are,try not substituting drives.
It's a little messy anyway.

It's because of the last version of Buldozzer... with the first one you were forced to use the virtual drive...
All that time i was using this SUBST Z: command, just to discover only today that it can work perfectly without it.
Thanks for this hint.
That is what I suspected. The guide is old and should be updated to reflect how things are today.Originally Posted by (Linker Split @ April 29 2007,11:53)
So, umm..... I'm good w/o it?
Apparently yes,
But if you've gotten it working since,
and have no more problems, then it's
probably better to leave it alone.
