at startpoint the US/SAHRANI Guards walk their patrol waypoints.
But they stop doing this when the alarm is going off for the first time. After that they do not move anymore and stand still.
anyone with the same effect?

who says it's a bug? the way i see it, they are simply holding their defensive positions.![]()
does not make sense if I have to do my waypoints again after the alarm and they not???Originally Posted by (Fred DM @ Mar. 06 2007,12:47)
well, you do not have to walk your waypoint route. i took that as only a suggestion. in fact you might be better off lying in wait somewhere.Originally Posted by (smash! @ Mar. 06 2007,14:16)
does not make sense.. BIS does not layout the waypoints for nothing.Originally Posted by (Fred DM @ Mar. 06 2007,15:19)
anyway, it's still strange that US/Sehrani soldiers hold position after the alarm. And also do nothing when enemy is in base
i take it you're new to this kind of game, thenOriginally Posted by (smash! @ Mar. 06 2007,20:35)
. most of the missions can be completed by using methods other than those suggested by the developers.
there's a secondary mission early in the campaign: take 2 hummers to destroy several enemy camps in the desert. i completed that mission by going solo (with the hummers as support) with a captured Dragunov. see what i mean?
