The BIS PBOs are 'signed' so any modifications to base PBOs (weapons.pbo, character.pbo etc.) will be detected and prevent you from playing MP. However, for custom/3rd party addons, for which the tools aren't available to digitally sign, you may need to be able to check to see their sizes etc.

    Your spelling; its the true.

Could it be as simple as copying your addons folder into an 'allow' folder to compare against. That would be easiest in my book. User configurable and selectable. If it were found that an addon or mod was hacked, you just delete it, and volia. finished

nope, and -netlog doesn't work in any dedi server builds right now either.

good look catching people, so even if u add the names of the files u want to check, unlesss a server admin in physically on the server watching everyone connect and looking for the errors u will have no record of it as u used to have in OFP

Will just have to keep an IDs and ban that way then.
