I have completed the training missions and Im halfway through the unlocked SP missions. But when I enter the campaign menu it is blank, not a single mission to choose from.
Is this a bug or do I have to complete all of the unlocked SP missions to start the campaign ? I have the Polish version with the English language patch, so I cant even consult the manual.

Can you access the first campaign mission straight away or do you have to complete the SP missions to begin the campaign ?
SP Missions are independent to Campaign.
Click on Campaign and click again there - you will start with the first Campaign-Mission.

Are you sure you HAVE a campaign in there? The english language patch, at least for me, randomly removed the campaign when I tried applying it -> check your Arma/Campaigns folder for ca.pbo (should not be 0 kb, if it's there).
If the patch did remove the campaign, you can always copy/paste it from your CD.
