it happens to ATI cards when you have AA settings in game. I had that happen with my 2900s. they will run at 16 but your AA is borked, or was for me back on the 7.x cat drivers., the same i think for the 79xx series for nvida.. you need a DX10 card( not that its dx10 hdr,..just that the chips are more advanced for using hdr).

well i dont know what your kit is?. Sounds to me you have a ATI card. But any ways go into your settings and turn off the AA, then turn off the game and change the value to 16, restart the game...
Well kkownboy thanks for your information and time to help me. The problem is solved, when I adjusted some settings (anti analising) in my 3d card. I'm happy I can play at day again, instead of playing at night.
For the other people with the problem, I solved it by adjusting my Anti Analising settings.
