Don't mix things up!

The Huey still in service with the Marines is a completly different bird from the one the Army used, while the Marine one has two engines the Army ones had only one (to point out the most obvious visual difference). Besides that, as vilas already said the HWM Team has made a superb Huey, that fits perfectly for early to mid 1980s scenarios.
(Although the Blackhawk was already in service, I don't think all those UH1s disappeared over night.)

Hi, I'm german and was in service in the german Bundeswehr in 1999. My father was in the 1970's Soldier there and was driven the 630 truck. But here are some minor bugs:

Why are german tanks (Leo 1) so green? The former versions were better. The Bundeswehr color till 1984 was oliv drab.

The Leopard 2 in camo has a wrong symbol on the right front mudgard, it stands for Panzergrenadiers (it is used on the Marder).

German tankcrew in the 1980's worn black baretts with hatpin and headgears. Not the modern caps like today.

Also german tanks had number plates on front and back and a MLC (yellow on olive and black/grey on camo) for the weight on the front.

Hello Vilas!

Like your P85 mod with all the great stuff in it. However i was wondering if you were thinking of adding Dampers/shocks to the vehicles in the future? I notice in missions with AI using the vehicles that they flip over much much more often compared to working shocks on vehicles.

I'm NOT mixing anything up. You're mixing up marine and army helicopters, not me. You're making comparisons to army Hueys for absolutely NO reason.

The marines have used a variety of Hueys; both single and twin engine varieties. The UH-1N TWIN engine huey was first flown in 1969 and is still in service today. Explain why that makes it unsuitable for a 1985 mod? Do some reading mate.

the choice of the term 'mix up' was not a wise one, again. (I'm good at that, choosing the wrong words I mean)

What I tried to say with my post is that there are differences between the versions the US Army and the US Marines used during that period. So, one Huey model simply won't do.
I didn't know that you meant only and realy only the Marines version, but alot of people I've talked to, always mix them up, so it has become kind of a natural reaction when I hear the word Huey. I have to further admit, that I was still a bit distracted by another previous post that asked about Hueys for this mod, that's why I brought in the HWM team.

what about huney elicopters UH-1 ??

the UH-60 Blackhawk entered service in 1979......

And the Huey to this day is still in service with the Marines.

Hi Vilas,

any chance to add amphibious ability to your lav-25? That would be very handy for amphibious assault mission, and want to let ya know it's capable to reach 10.5km/h(6miles/h) max in the water.

also when turning, the four front wheels should turn together, right now on your lav only 2 front wheels will turn.

there's also a shadow bug on the wheels, the shadow doesn't turn with wheels.

it seems there's no suspension/dumper effect, not a big deal though.

hope you can fix those bugs with later update, appreciate your hard work!
