    lo,

    from the config they are animated = true so they should move allready .. what they do for one round and then stop

    animationPhase returns allways 0 after the stop

    (position player nearestObject 269) animate ["Vez_ropa_anim", 0 or 1]
    does not do anything

    and they are indestructable by config ..

    guess its a thingy for the long grown list ..

    hum.. i also noticed that they are indestructible.

    You mean that we can't do much till a new fix pach is released?

    damn! there goes my inspiration for new missions.

    Doest look like you can just using setdammage in the init field. Try making a script to create a vehicle like emptydetector and make a smoke/fire script. Maybe you can use a getdammage script then exec another script for smoke/flames. The buss under ground is kinda same thing except i think the explosion effects has a lifetime.

    If you really want an oil well fire, I think a script and custom effect is the way to go. Once one of these babies go off, we are talking raging infernoes, not just a little bonfire and some smoke.

    Flames should be 10-30 metres high, in a jet-like motion and the smoke plume should be even larger. To top it off, you'd probably want some dark discolouration of the sand around the pump, where spewing oil has saturated the ground.

    Just the record, and seeing they are not likely to disappear from the BIS map any time soon
    ..... these are commonly called Beam Pumps in the industry.

    How to make more longer duration of effects with this command - this setpos [(getpos this select 0), (getpos this select 1), -2.7]; this setdamage 1; - Is there a possibility to change time?
