Making planes land

Greetings Troops !

*** Yep, I'm back with another puzzle that you might have the awnser to.

I need to make fixed wing planes land in an area,or at least fly very low and taxi along near to the area.

Would I have to do this in an established runway area,or can it be situated around a certain point,such as a marker ?

I've had a search about and havnt found any leads here.
