if i get a dualcore cpu can i then run arma as server on the one core and client at other core?
Yes, that's well possible.
You can set each process to its own core (set affinity in the task manager).
weather or not it is possible to run two ArmA processes has nothing to do with the fact that you have a dual core processor or don't.
Nobody stated that it has.

The question was whether it was possible to run a server on one core and the client on the other, and I explained that it was, and how to do it basically. No more, no less.
