For the first 3 just look at your control options

For the last one just keep going on the runway and pull the stick up a bit until it takes off.

Normal OFP keys - NumLock Enter etc

Same way as OFP, Righ click on the target or Tab.

Its basically a tarted up VBS1 harrier without the FLK style VTOL.

Maybe it will get patched.
