Does anyone know how I can stop my general windows wave volume from being halved when I run bulldozer??

Currently when I run Bulldozer (either on O2 load or refresh), I can go into my volume settings and its halved, when I close bulldozer my volume restores back to the volume it was. ***(You can easliy hear the voume change too&#33

Anyone got a clue how to fix this as often I am listening to music etc when making the moels and its annoying having to go and move the volume back up just after bulldozer kicks in.

Couldn't seem to find anything using search so if it is there please supply link.
