Briefing not working in GOTY Mission Editing

Looks like I've understood correctly where to save my mission's briefing.html, but in my GOTY version it just doesn't work.

doh...........use chris's tool for making everything from scripts to briefings.and save the briefing and other stuff in your user/missions/misssionname.islandname
