The ArmA model release EULA can easily be read here.

As it states:

Hi guys I am looking for permission from a few people namely suchy (for his marine assault pack) and blackblood (bleed troops).
Ive emailed both and have had no reply Ive also sent the creator of this thread and have had nothing back.
