FFUR

I installed the FFUR Pack.

But I can't figure out how in the world to get it to work!

I read and re-read the instructions.

But I can't get it to work!

I first let install on it's own.

Then I click on C:/ProgramFiles/Codemasters/OperationFlashpoint

So what am I doing wrong?

Is there an icon that I'm not seeing?

For me, the default path was the wrong path, and it created another OFP folder inside the codemaster folder. So make sure its in the right OFP folder.

Then go inside the OFP folder and there should be FFUR folder. In that folder you should find a shortcut for FFUR. Double click it and let it do its thing....

Do I double click on the OperationFlashpoint folder or just highlight it?

INSTALL FFUR:

And after the installation, you have to make a shortcut into your desktop.

Than R click on the shortcut and press propities.

In the target field add this line:

D:\OperationFlashpoint\FLASHPOINTRESISTANCE.EXE -mod=FFUR

If you got error when you are starting the game, try this line in the target field:

D:\OperationFlashpoint\FLASHPOINTRESISTANCE.EXE -nosplash -nomap -mod=FFUR

and in start in:

D:\OperationFlashpoint

I can find an icon.

But it says ico.ico.

What is that or where is the play icon?

In the FFUR folder

In the shortcut you made, press "Change Icon", then Browse to your FFUR folder

Now it says, "Can not load world 'worlds\intro.wrp"

So can I copy and paste the original one?

I think the intro.wrp are included in the FFUR. Let me check

O, so you can't find the FFUR.lnk ?? That shortcut are in the FFUR folder.

I was looking for a .exe icon.

But no it says requires C8X Magazine requires BIS Resistance

Those your FFUR folder look like this one? :

There you see the ico, it's only i image for the shortcut (FFUR.ink) there is not any .exe file in FFUR.

-PLEASE check and make sure you don't have duplicates of any addons used by FFUR also in your regular(operation flashpoint/addons) or Res\addons folders!.

The intro.wrp have to be in the FFUR/worlds/ folder.

The other two files can du delete if you have them under the FFUR folder

I am reinstalling Resistance right now!

I sure hope this is worth it.
