I ran Aspi Checker, sure thing ASPI layer was screwy.
I used FORCEASPI to reinstall, and everything is on the go, But I'm still having the problem.....
Any ideas why?
And btw thanks all who helped out, especially Avon lady

I would tell you to try uninstalling Nero, as suggested in The FAQ's item on the "insert correct CD" error.
in Nero options you can disable the Nero ASPI, and thus revert to Windows ASPI
nero was using the System aspi all along. I'll try uninstalling it, but I still doubt it will fix things.
It is not in The FAQ for nothing, it has helped people before![]()
Yes I kno,
And I deeply appreciate how much you guys have helped. You didn't have to but you did so therefore I thank you.
The onyl option I have now, is to Format, and start Afresh with XP not win98.
Cheers again
That's a better option anyway, XP and 2k are better gaming platforms than 98, just make sure you have 256mb of RAM or more as XP likes a fair amount of RAM, I like many others have 1gb of RAM and Opf is very happyOriginally Posted by (WhiPBuRGeR @ Jan. 27 2005,10:39)

If someone reports an issue/complains about the Alpha etc, replying in the thread "dude it's an alpha" doesn't really help anyone! Point them to the Arma3 Alpha feedback tracker instead please!
Please do not PM or Email me directly about your CD Key issues, follow the guidance in this thread instead.
Xp is the better choice.Especially because you said "dvd burner" and you won't be able to manipulate large image files in Win98se.You really have no choice if you plan on burning dvd's.
The reason my wife is no longer using win98se also
And while you're at it, make it XP Pro - not the Home edition.
No make it 2k Pro, that's even better, all the functionality with non of the fluffOriginally Posted by (theavonlady @ Jan. 27 2005,14:05)
