Gamezone is you're best bet my man. Search for something you're interested in and it'll most likely be out there for your downloading and playing pleassure!
where to get a editor

Being new it's advisable to spend sometime familiarising yourself with the layout of the forums, having done so you would have discovered the addons & mods forum where a search for water would have set you off on the right path, you've been given a number of links to investigate so you should be able to make a start with finding whatever you're after
If someone reports an issue/complains about the Alpha etc, replying in the thread "dude it's an alpha" doesn't really help anyone! Point them to the Arma3 Alpha feedback tracker instead please!
