ORCS Effects and Back-pack addon

Hi all,

I've done a search on A&M Complete and have found no mention of this addon, so I thought I'd draw your attention to a news item on flashpoint.ru.

ORCS have produced a v2.0 of their "Special Effects and RD54 Backpack" addon - available here.

From the readme (I've not tried it myself yet), it lists:

-=Effects for tanks=-
(detonation, burning, flame from the barrel)

-=Air effects=-
(burning, in-water & on-ground detonations, smokes)

-=Helicopter effects=-
(in-water & on-ground detonations, )

-=Car effects=-
(detonation, burning)


-=Fuelcar effects=-
(detonation)

-=Boats effect=-
(demo version of detonation)

-=False thermal targets=-
(for helicopters, russian and NATO planes)

For using by AI:
- for helicopters
- for russian planes
- for NATO planes

-=Bomb "Voron" for Su-25 plane=-

-=Snow=-

-=Flash=-

-=Effects for people=-
(RPG and rifle smoke)

-=Grenade effect=-

- plus what appear to be basic, medical, engineer/sapper and empty versions of the RD54 backpack.

Mme Avon will doubtless be delighted to hear that there is also a demo mission - requires ICP_RFWP 3.0 pack

OK, just a few points:

1.) Enquiries about existing addons go in A&M, not A&M:C

2.) A forum search would probably get you the info you needed

3.) If a forum search did not trun up the required info, please use "The missing addon thread" instead of starting a new thread
