New to o2

hi im new to o2, i habe downloadedo2 and buldozer and they both work fine, i was wondering what tutorials to do so that i can get modelling as quickly as possible.

Beside of Ofp Ec.
Because i don't find anything useful, ok not totaly unuseful but it is so large (the archive) and i don't know what to choose.
