Best OFP Vid capture utility?

I have done some searching around on the forums here as well as other sites, and am unable to determine which is the best video capture software to use with OFP.

Some of the things I am most interested in are:

1) Prefer something free, such as shareware or freeware, or at least a demo that allows 3-4 minutes or more of capture. (FRAPS Demo only allows 30 seconds of video capture)

2) Have at least 640X480 resolution with at least 20-25 FPS rate.

3) If possible, allow use by lower-end systems such as my 900MHz.

I am not looking to record actual missions that require complex actions as I know there will be a major issue with lag. This is mostly just to record new addons and such for purposes of demo videos and teasers. I know of a few programs, but would like to know which ones the OFP community is using to ensure it is proven to work well within OFP. I am willing to sacrifice image quality and resolution to some extent as long as it is still visible without too much loss of visual clarity. And again, cost is an issue so free or demo versions are best.

While I appreciate that you did search, this has been discussed unto death - if you really want to post a question, find the most recent thread about video capturing and use that one.
