We're just going by the spelling used by the main source of info on the Israeli Special Operations units: www.isayeret.com

Here they spell it with a "y". *** ***

But, I'm sure some people spell it differently kinda like alot of Arabic words have a bunch of different spellings.

Golani with an "I" is the official English spelling of the Brigade.

This is the English spelling used by the IDF itself on its website, by the English language Jerusalem Post and Ha&#39;aretz newspapers and by the international press.

Isayeret&#39;s spelling is plain wrong. They&#39;re very nice fellows (I once contributed some pics to the site) but their expertise is not in English.

just a question about the egyptian m1&#39;s, is that camo accurate. Ive never seen any photos of an egyptian m1, and never even saw them when i was in egypt. Im not saying yours are incorrect, just wondering if you have any photos or if that is the actual camo.

BTW, what is is with the triangles on egyptian vehicles. I know some m60&#39;s have blue triangles on them.

egyptian m1a1&#39;s are jsut the same desert tan as the us m1a1&#39;s..
as for the triangles i figure they mean something aboot what unit the tank belongs too. i will post osme images of real egyptian m1a1&#39;s later
