Occupation in resistance

I have reached a mission called occupation in resistance. I have fullfilled the first objective and is to attack a base. I have all 10 men left. In spite of this I always lose. I hide as well as I can and I get a lot of kill. But they are so many so sooner or later I'm hit.
I could need some advice.

Go south and do not attack the base from the north. Instead, sneak over the bushes at Ea50, make sure that you have an RPG with at least two rockets, and then open fire with your Dragunov at anyone in the base. Two BMPs come crashing in from the north, nail them with the RPG as they come up the slope towards your position. When the BMPs are out, continue to fire with your sniper rifle until the base looks pretty clean. Finish up by calling in your tanks and marching in with your squad .
