Ecp mod unable to load save games?

This has been an issue for a while now but this is the first time I've decided to bring it up. In every mission I've played using OFP ECP (which I love) I haven't been able to load up my savegames. Be it Facile Ground, Platoon Commander, BAS' Intercept, you name it. 5 minutes ago I became fed up after the helicopter I was riding on crashed into some trees and I have to start the mission over thanks to some dumbarse pilot.

Anyway, I was thinking that the problem may be that my missions aren't saving to the ECP files and are instead going to the regular save game folders from the original OFP. If so, hwo do I change this? And if not, how do I fix this issue? I really love ECP quite a bit, but I'd prefer not to be forced to play & survive every mission in one sitting.
