I was playing a multiplayer game of OFP and ran behind a small building for cover. Through the small window I could see a picture of a man in a suit. Who is this guy??? Anyone shed some light on the mystery?

What's the role of this small building? They're usually at the gates of military bases, but the editor says they're latrines...

i thought it was the officers messhall wall (on which they relieved)......
