Thread: Binarize and 'sharpen'

  1. #1
    Heres the problem...

I have a model of part of one of my new ships

It imports well with no faults.
I can binarize just after import.

If I use the 'sharp edges' feature in O2 the model will no longer Binarize and XP reports that 'Binarize' has encountered a problem and must close'

This is from the rpt file...

Hmmm, that's a weird one. Maybe download Binarize again?

    Thanks

    Problem now solved.

Turns out it was the 1mb limit, thanks NZX

My ship is chunked into even smaller sections now.

I think the 1 MB limit was present only in some older binarization version. If you will download the recent version, it should work even with the bigger models.

    Yep big thanks Suma....

The Binarize I was using was 3 days older than the version I just downloaded of your breathe site...

Am quite happy now, means I can add that extra detail I was after without having to chunk my ship up even more.
