Thread: Small tip for radeon users

    Hey all,

Since the current ATi drivers ( even the ones by Omega and DNA ) cant seem to impliment the brightness / contrast settings ingame properly, download Rage3D Tweak if you dont have it already

    http://www.rage3d.com/r3dtweak/

It lets you tweak theses ingame ( any game ) by the use of hotkeys. Also makes OFP look nicer, less washed out when you add more contrast / less brightness...

GeForce card users can use RivaTuner for the same tweaks...

If someone reports an issue/complains about the Alpha etc, replying in the thread "dude it's an alpha" doesn't really help anyone! Point them to the Arma3 Alpha feedback tracker instead please!

Please do not PM or Email me directly about your CD Key issues, follow the guidance in this thread instead.

You cant change the brigtness / contrast in-game ?

If so, turn on 'desktop hotkey support ' , then it will work.

You'll only need this until the Catalyst v3.7 drivers are released though, as it apparently has per game prefs built into its driver control panel......lets hope its bug free

    How does a Radeon 9500Pro 128MB run OFP comparing to a NVidia GeForce4 Ti4600 128MB?

    Better? Same? Bullsh*t?

Anyone here who has such a radeon and a cpu ~AMD 2600+?

Are there problems running ofp with an ATI card? (textures or something)

I think its sorta silly removing a good graphics card just for 1 game. Although I do feel like doing that myself sometimes...
