Hi! I wonder whats required for the ingame voice in multiplayer i got headphones and a microphone. They are detected and audible in the ofp prefs program. When we play multiplayer games and pressing the designated key the small figure comes upp showing speech but others don't here you and you dont here them.

Technically, all you need is full-duplex sound card, i.e. one that can both record and play sound at the same time.
To see if your card should work, go to the Microsoft GameVoice site and see if yours is on the list of compatible cards. If it is listed, you can follow the link to the manufacturers site to get the latest drivers.
Once all that is sorted out, all you need to do is turn on voice communications by hitting CAPS LOCK, although in my experience, you will need to TOGGLE it OFF and back ON every time a new player joins. You also have to make sure you are on the right channel, but by default, everyone will be on the Global channel and communicate with everyone else.

it does work but i find the voice to very clugey. it seems to cause lag or at least slows up a bit. so far of all the games i have played with a von app built in ofps is the best
but still needs a ton of work. i stick with wilco or teamsound.
