I need some help with Visitor 2...

In the Buldozer you can change the elevation with the J and U keys but i dont know if that's what you'r after?

That would be great, if I could get Buldozer to load with trees or houses on my island. *sigh*

Use Photoshop or anything else (like The Gimp) to create for example a 256x256 TGA image, and make a grayscale image.
Black drawing is for lowest level, white for the highest.
Save, use kegetys tool to make it an ACE file, import in visitor, specifying lowest level altitude (black layer) and highest level altitude (white layer).
